This cupcake was one that we sold at the Open House. It is a lemon flavored cake with raspberry buttercream and each one came with a fresh raspberry on top.

Christmas Red Velvet Cupcake

These cupcakes were a big hit this Christmas! I made 150 cupcakes for a Holiday Open House for a friend. We sold almost all of them! This cupcake is a red velvet with vanilla buttercream and is topped with a vanilla fondant snowflake.

Barnes & Noble Christmas Cake

I was asked to make a Christmas cake for the annual Barnes & Noble staff Christmas party. I presented them with this two tier chocolate cake with mint buttercream frosting and vanilla fondant. I brushed lustre dust on the green and red accents to give it a frosted look.

Birthday Cake

I did this cake for a friend's baby shower. It's a chocolate cake with raspberry filling, chocolate buttercream and chocolate fondant. The guitar and stars match the baby boy's bedding.
